275.1. Where a racing strip is widened in the last straight section before the finish line, the following presumptions apply:(1) the wheel of a sulky is deemed to have left the racing strip where it goes over into the widened space at any time other than during the last straight section of a race; and
(2) a driver is deemed to be interfering where he prevents another horse from passing him on the inside during the last straight section of a race.
