Note 2: Implement type 1 to trap long-tailed weasel, least weasel, beaver, ermine, river otter, Canadian lynx, bobcat, American marten, fisher, muskrat or raccoon, implement type 3 to trap raccoon, implement type 4 to trap muskrat, implement types 3 and 5 to trap Canadian lynx and bobcat, implement types 5 and 8 to trap wolf and implement type 9 to trap beaver must be certified to be in conformity with the standards prescribed by the Agreement on International Humane Trapping Standards between the European Union, Canada and the Russian Federation (O.C. 116-2000, 2000-02-09).
