Section 47
Disposition versions
47. Before receiving the indemnity fixed by the board of directors, the claimant shall sign an acquittance in favour of the Order with subrogation to all his rights in respect of his claim up to the amount of the indemnity, against the offending member, his successors and any individual, partnership, joint-stock company or legal person that is or might be held liable for such payment.
