21. Each year, on or before 31 March, a member shall forward to the Order, using the form provided by the latter, an affidavit attesting that the property entrusted to him during the year ending 31 December has been deposited, accounted for and used in accordance with the provisions of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) and this Regulation.
