The name of the expert, the expert’s profession, or the manner in which the evaluation should be carried out, if mentioned in the order, constitute recommendations to the Service. The Court may, in the same order or judgment, authorize access to the judicial record or, issue an order in accordance with section 19 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) and article 429 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01).
