Disposition versions
9. To obtain a training card, a candidate must:
(1) apply for it to the secretary and pay the costs prescribed by resolution of the board of directors pursuant to paragraph 8 of section 86.0.1 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26);
(2) be a member in good standing of the Order;
(3) supply the name of the training supervisor.
