V-9, r. 1 - Regulation respecting old car dumps and dumps along roadsides
Section 1
Disposition versions
1. All old car dumps and dumps visible from roadsides maintained by the Minister of Transport shall be surrounded by one of the following fences:
(a) a complete fence made of wood and painted or dyed “redwood”;
(b) a perforated wooden fence, made of vertical or horizontal boards, at least 15 cm wide, and separated by at least 3 cm, painted or dyed “redwood”;
(c) a complete fence of corrugated and galvanized sheet metal panels, painted aluminum;
(d) a complete fence of fiber glass;
(e) a complete fence of asbestos panels.
