18. The fees payable to the Court of Appeal are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or a notice of incidental appeal or any similar pleading at the office of the Court of Appeal or the court of first instance, as the case may be, the examination and preparation of the record and the transmission of the file to the Court of Appeal, one of the following amounts:
(a)  in the case of a final judgment, $391 if payable by a natural person and $485 if payable by a legal person;
(b)  in the case of an interlocutory judgment, $293 if payable by a natural person and $364 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for the filing of a representation statement or a statement of non-representation, $97.75 if payable by a natural person and $121 if payable by a legal person.

18. The fees payable to the Court of Appeal are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or a notice of incidental appeal or any similar pleading at the office of the Court of Appeal or the court of first instance, as the case may be, the examination and preparation of the record and the transmission of the file to the Court of Appeal, one of the following amounts:
(a)  in the case of a final judgment, $380 if payable by a natural person and $462 if payable by a legal person;
(b)  in the case of an interlocutory judgment, $285 if payable by a natural person and $346 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for the filing of a representation statement or a statement of non-representation, $95 if payable by a natural person and $115 if payable by a legal person.

18. The fees payable to the Court of Appeal are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or a notice of incidental appeal or any similar pleading at the office of the Court of Appeal or the court of first instance, as the case may be, the examination and preparation of the record and the transmission of the file to the Court of Appeal, one of the following amounts:
(a)  in the case of a final judgment, $369 if payable by a natural person and $434 if payable by a legal person;
(b)  in the case of an interlocutory judgment, $276 if payable by a natural person and $325 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for the filing of a representation statement or a statement of non-representation, $92.25 if payable by a natural person and $108 if payable by a legal person.

18. The fees payable to the Court of Appeal are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or a notice of incidental appeal or any similar pleading at the office of the Court of Appeal or the court of first instance, as the case may be, the examination and preparation of the record and the transmission of the file to the Court of Appeal, one of the following amounts:
(a)  in the case of a final judgment, $359 if payable by a natural person and $422 if payable by a legal person;
(b)  in the case of an interlocutory judgment, $269 if payable by a natural person and $317 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for the filing of a representation statement or a statement of non-representation, $89.75 if payable by a natural person and $106 if payable by a legal person.

18. The fees payable to the Court of Appeal are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or a notice of incidental appeal or any similar pleading at the office of the Court of Appeal or the court of first instance, as the case may be, the examination and preparation of the record and the transmission of the file to the Court of Appeal, one of the following amounts:
(a)  in the case of a final judgment, $355 if payable by a natural person and $417 if payable by a legal person;
(b)  in the case of an interlocutory judgment, $266 if payable by a natural person and $313 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for the filing of a representation statement or a statement of non-representation, $88.75 if payable by a natural person and $104 if payable by a legal person.

18. The fees payable to the Court of Appeal are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or a notice of incidental appeal or any similar pleading at the office of the Court of Appeal or the court of first instance, as the case may be, the examination and preparation of the record and the transmission of the file to the Court of Appeal, one of the following amounts:
(a)  in the case of a final judgment, $349 if payable by a natural person and $410 if payable by a legal person;
(b)  in the case of an interlocutory judgment, $261 if payable by a natural person and $308 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for the filing of a representation statement or a statement of non-representation, $87.25 if payable by a natural person and $103 if payable by a legal person.

18. The fees payable to the Court of Appeal are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or a notice of incidental appeal or any similar pleading at the office of the Court of Appeal or the court of first instance, as the case may be, the examination and preparation of the record and the transmission of the file to the Court of Appeal, one of the following amounts:
(a)  in the case of a final judgment, $343 if payable by a natural person and $403 if payable by a legal person;
(b)  in the case of an interlocutory judgment, $257 if payable by a natural person and $302 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for the filing of a representation statement or a statement of non-representation, $85.75 if payable by a natural person and $101 if payable by a legal person.

18. The fees payable to the Court of Appeal are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or a notice of incidental appeal or any similar pleading at the office of the Court of Appeal or the court of first instance, as the case may be, the examination and preparation of the record and the transmission of the file to the Court of Appeal, one of the following amounts:
(a)  in the case of a final judgment, $340 if payable by a natural person and $400 if payable by a legal person;
(b)  in the case of an interlocutory judgment, $255 if payable by a natural person and $300 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for the filing of a representation statement or a statement of non-representation, $85 if payable by a natural person and $100 if payable by a legal person.
