Section 33
Disposition versions
33. The operator must provide, with its annual report, a reproduction of its audited non-consolidated financial statements or its non-consolidated financial statements with a review engagement report for the most recently completed fiscal year along with a copy of any document demonstrating the measures established to ensure compliance with the obligations set out in the second paragraph of section 77 of the Act, in particular any policy sent to a driver or owner of an automobile the operator registers, its employees and subcontractors, where applicable, along with any undertaking they have signed.
