6.3. Only a senior officer or a member of the collective space authorized by him or her may publish or submit a mandate of an enterprise lobbyist or an organization lobbyist or its update.
Only a consultant lobbyist or a member of the collective space authorized by him or her may publish or submit a mandate of a consultant lobbyist or its update.
