365. The adult who must pay a monthly rate may, in addition to the exemption he benefits from under section 362, be granted a supplementary exemption if he is in one of the situations referred to in section 366 or 368.

365. The adult who must pay a monthly rate may, in addition to the exemption he benefits from under section 362, apply to be exempted from paying part of that rate if he is in a situation contemplated in section 366 or 368. The institution which accommodates the adult shall immediately forward to the Minister every application in order that the admissibility thereof be established.
