Disposition versions
360. The per diem payable to a hospital centre for an adult who is a Québec resident shall be $71.41 for a private room, $59.66 for a semi-private room and $44.44 in every other case.
The amounts referred to in the first paragraph are indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).
For the purposes of this Subdivision, a “Québec resident” is understood as a person who is residing in Québec or who is residing in Québec temporarily within the meaning of sections 5 to 8 of the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29).
360. The per diem payable to a hospital centre for an adult who is a Québec resident shall be $69.33 for a private room, $57.92 for a semi-private room and $43.15 in every other case.
The amounts referred to in the first paragraph are indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).
For the purposes of this Subdivision, a “Québec resident” is understood as a person who is residing in Québec or who is residing in Québec temporarily within the meaning of sections 5 to 8 of the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29).

360. The per diem payable to a hospital centre for an adult who is a Québec resident shall be $63.68 for a private room, $53.20 for a semi-private room and $39.64 in every other case.
The amounts referred to in the first paragraph are indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).
360. The per diem payable to a hospital centre for an adult who is a Québec resident shall be $62.25 for a private room, $52 for a semi-private room and $38.75 in every other case.
The amounts referred to in the first paragraph are indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).
360. The per diem payable to a hospital centre for an adult who is a Québec resident shall be $61.23 for a private room, $51.19 for a semi-private room and $38.06 in every other case.
The amounts referred to in the first paragraph are indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).
360. The per diem payable to a hospital centre for an adult who is a Québec resident shall be $60.38 for a private room, $50.48 for a semi-private room and $37.53 in every other case.
The amounts referred to in the first paragraph are indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).
360. The per diem payable to a hospital centre for an adult who is a Québec resident shall be $58.09 for a private room, $48.56 for a semi-private room and $36.10 in every other case.
