Disposition versions
69. An agreement entered into pursuant to section 39 between the operator of a residence covered by this Division and the local authority in the territory where the residence is located must set out the terms and conditions for the application of sections 39.7 and 39.8 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) and the provisions of the regulation made pursuant to section 39.9 of the Code, where applicable.
