121.3. The educational childcare provider must keep the medication or the natural product administration sheet, the administration protocols and the authorizations, if required, in a file reserved for that purpose, kept on the premises and available for consultation by a person administering medication or natural products.
The original copy of the file and the documents it contains must be given to the parent when childcare services are no longer required for the child. A copy of the file and of the documents it contains must be kept for 3 years after the childcare ceases.
