Disposition versions
306. For the purposes of section 275 of the Act, the Minister keeps the performance guarantee submitted to the Minister under section 16 of the Regulation respecting petroleum, natural gas and underground reservoirs (chapter M-13.1, r. 1) until the Minister has received the permanent well closure and site restoration plan and the guarantee provided for in Chapter IV of the Act.
