Disposition versions
110. Any contravention of one of the safety rules provisions approved or imposed by the Minister under Division III of Chapter IV of the Act to ensure safety in guided land transport (chapter S-3.3) and concerning one of the subjects referred to in the Rail safety code constitutes a violation.
