4.9.1. (Revoked).

4.9.1. Examination of blasting area: Once the waiting period has elapsed, the shot-firer shall:
(a)  examine the blasting area;
(b)  look for possible misfires, blowouts and bootlegs;
(c)  mark those found; and
(d)  collect any explosives from the excavated material.
