4.6.19. Shafts: Firing must be performed by an electric current:
(a)  after the first 3 m of shaft sinking;
(b)  after the first 7.5 m of heading operation in a shaft that has an angle steeper than 55º;
(c)  whenever provision has not been made for free exit.
