4.1.7. An employer must ensure that no one smokes, brings a flame, a substance or material likely to increase the risk of explosion or fire within 8 m from any place where explosives are present.

4.1.7. The employer shall ensure that no one smokes:
(a)  inside or near any place where explosives and blasting accessories are stored; and
(b)  during the handling or transportation of explosives or blasting accessories.
