Use of explosives in low temperatures:
(
1
)
Use of dynamite having reached its freezing point is forbidden.
(
2
)
In order to ensure the proper firing of explosives where there is danger of freezing, the shot-firer must take one of the following measures:
(
a
)
store the explosives in a heated storage;
(
b
)
use explosives whose freezing point is lower than the temperature of the place where blasting takes place;
(
c
)
for explosives other than dynamite, wait until the priming temperature recommended by the manufacturer has been reached before firing.
