2.2.4. (Revoked).
Decision 83-11-17, s. 3; S.Q. 2021, c. 27, s. 267.
2.2.4. The inspector shall communicate the findings of his inspection to the employer, the principal contractor, the job-site committee, the safety representative, the public health director and representative associations.
In the absence of a job-site committee, the employer must post a copy of any notice of correction in a conspicuous place accessible to the workers.
