Disposition versions
377. Sections 375 and 376 do not apply to the following compressors:
(1) a compressor that operates individually whose flow does not exceed 8 m3 (282.5 ft3) of air per minute;
(2) a compressor using a lubricant other than oil in its cylinders;
(3) a portable compressor.
