Disposition versions
1. This Regulation applies to midwives who conduct deliveries in a place of birth other than a facility maintained by an institution which operates a local community service centre or a hospital centre, as defined by the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or by the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5), and established under the designation “home”.
