1. The Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9) and the regulations thereunder apply to any person referred to in the Understanding on Social Security between the Gouvernement du Québec and the Government of the Republic of Croatia signed on 25 October 1999 and attached as Schedule I.
