1. The Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9) and the regulations thereunder apply to any person defined in the Agreement on Social Security between the Gouvernement du Québec and the Government of the Republic of Chile entered into on 21 February 1997 and appearing in Schedule I.
