28. The home educational childcare provider must notify the Commission and the coordinating office in writing, without delay, of any change affecting her situation and which may affect her entitlement to an indemnity or the amount of the benefits she receives.
The Commission may cease the indemnity or adjust the amount of the benefits, as applicable.
