23. If the pregnant home educational childcare provider is eligible for benefits under the Act respecting parental insurance (chapter A-29.011), her income replacement indemnity ceases as of the 4th week preceding the week of the expected date of delivery as stated in the preventive withdrawal certificate. The home educational childcare provider is presumed to be eligible for those benefits from that 4th week.
Subject to the first paragraph, the indemnity ceases on the date of delivery.
Delivery means the natural or the lawfully, medically induced end of a pregnancy by childbirth, whether or not the child is viable.
