30. The income replacement indemnity ceases if the home educational childcare provider’s recognition is suspended for a reason other than her preventive withdrawal or is revoked, or if she becomes unfit to exercise or resume her childcare operations.
In all cases, the indemnity ceases as of the date of suspension or revocation of the recognition, or when the home educational childcare provider becomes unfit.
