Disposition versions
1. This Regulation establishes a preventive withdrawal plan for pregnant or breast-feeding home educational childcare providers covered by the Act respecting the representation of certain home educational childcare providers and the negotiation process for their group agreements (chapter R-24.0.1).
For the purposes of the administration of the plan, the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail is vested with all the powers, duties and immunities at its disposal concerning protective reassignment, to the extent that they are consistent with the provisions of this Regulation.
