Section 48
Disposition versions
48. The Bureau may revoke a licence for a reason provided for in section 46 if the seriousness of the offence warrants it, in particular if the association or one of its officers or representatives, in any capacity whatsoever, is found guilty of a criminal or penal offence which, in the opinion of the Bureau, is related to labour referral or union placement.
