55. In the case of a target-benefit pension plan whose effective date is prior to the date of coming into force of this Regulation (2013-11-21), the time period provided for under section 16 of the Act for notifying the Régie, as well as the time period provided for under section 25 of the Act for sending the Régie an application for the registration of a pension plan, begin on the latter date.
