Disposition versions
24. Every pension plan that has not been subject to an amendment referred to in section 23, is governed by the provisions of Subdivision 2 of this Division. Despite the foregoing, a pension plan in which the reserve has been converted into a stabilization fund pursuant to section 40 is governed by the provisions of Subdivision 3 of this Division.
