SCHEDULE I

ADMINISTRATION FEES
(1) The fees payable for examining applications for the granting or transfer of rights or applications related to the delimitation of the water property are
(1) $57 for an application for the assignment of a lease or sublease for profit, marina or aquaculture purposes;
(2) $57 for an application to modify the leased area of a lease for profit, marina or aquaculture purposes;
(3) $380 for a servitude;
(4) $380 for an agreement on limits;
(5) $531 for a sale, subject to the following:
(a) the fee is $761, to which $1.51 per linear metre of bank or shore is added, if the sale is made to a municipality for public, non-profit purposes;
(b) no fee is payable for the sale of a part of the water property around Lac Saint-François in the St. Lawrence River if fees have already been paid in connection with an agreement on limits pursuant to paragraph 4; and
(c) a fee of $229 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $531 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $380 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(5) $516 for a sale, subject to the following:
(a) the fee is $739, to which $1.47 per linear metre of bank or shore is added, if the sale is made to a municipality for public, non-profit purposes;
(b) no fee is payable for the sale of a part of the water property around Lac Saint-François in the St. Lawrence River if fees have already been paid in connection with an agreement on limits pursuant to paragraph 4; and
(c) a fee of $222 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $516 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $369 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(b) no fee is payable for the sale of a part of the water property around Lac Saint-François in the St. Lawrence River if fees have already been paid in connection with an agreement on limits pursuant to paragraph 4; and
(c) a fee of $215 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $501 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $358 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(b) no fee is payable for the sale of a part of the water property around Lac Saint-François in the St. Lawrence River if fees have already been paid in connection with an agreement on limits pursuant to paragraph 4; and
(c) a fee of $210 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $489 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $350 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(c) a fee of $208 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $484 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $346 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(c) a fee of $204 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $475 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $339 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(c) a fee of $200 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $465 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $332 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(b) no fee is payable for the sale of a part of the water property around Lac Saint-François in the St. Lawrence River if fees have already been paid in connection with an agreement on limits pursuant to paragraph 4; and
(c) a fee of $197 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $458 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $327 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(c) a fee of $194 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $452 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $322 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(c) a fee of $192 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $446 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $318 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(c) a fee of $189 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $439 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $313 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(c) a fee of $187 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $435 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $310 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.

(c) a fee of $183 is added to the amount of the fees payable if the sale is made by the issue of letters patent or if payment of the sale price is secured by a hypothec.
(2) The fee of $427 provided for in paragraph 5 of section 1 and the fee of $304 provided for in paragraph 3 of that section are deductible from the amount payable when the deed is made.
