43. To reach the goal of reducing suspended matters, the design of a storm water management system must(1) comply with the design standards of storm water management works provided for in subdivision 2 of Division III of Chapter III and allow application the calculation standards determined therein to assess the suspended matter reduction performance of storm water management works;
(2) allow the treatment of the runoff volume or flow associated with the quality control rain in accordance with subdivision 3 of Division III of Chapter III; and
(3) comply, where applicable, with the design standards of certain works supplementary to the storm water management works referred to in subdivision 4 of Division III of Chapter III.
