Disposition versions
53. Every person who contravenes the third paragraph of section 15, the second paragraph of section 18, section 21, 22, 23 or 25, the second paragraph of section 27, section 28 or 30, the second or third paragraph of section 33, the first paragraph of section 34 or 35, section 36, 39, 40, 41 or 42, the first paragraph of section 43 or section 44, 45, 46 or 47 commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,500 to $250,000, in the case of a natural person, or $7,500 to $1,500,000 in any other case.
53. Every person who contravenes the third paragraph of section 15, the second paragraph of section 18, section 21 or 22, the first paragraph of section 23, section 25, the second paragraph of section 27, section 28 or 30, the second or third paragraph of section 33, the first paragraph of section 34, 35 or 36, section 39, 40, 41 or 42, the first paragraph of section 43 or section 44, 45, 46 or 47 commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,500 to $250,000, in the case of a natural person, or $7,500 to $1,500,000 in any other case.
