35. The Minister posts, at least once every year, on the website of the department, a list of all emitters, participants and clearing houses registered for the system as well as a summary of transactions conducted the previous year.
The Minister may post, on the website of the department, a compilation of the information obtained pursuant to subparagraphs 2 and 3 of the first paragraph of section 27.

35. In addition to the information referred to in section 46.11 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2), the public register of emissions allowances lists all emitters and participants registered for the system and summaries of transactions of emission allowances.
The register may be consulted on the website of the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement, de la Faune et des Parcs and is updated periodically.
For the purposes of section 46.11 of the Act, “account” means the compliance account of an emitter.

The public register of emission allowances provided for in section 46.11 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2) shows a summary of emission allowance transactions, in non-nominative form, and is updated periodically by the Minister. The register may be consulted on the website of the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et des Parcs.
