Disposition versions
30. In the third month after the coming into force of this Regulation, the Société designates, to assume, in place of the producers, the obligations of developing, implementing and contributing financially to a system of selective collection, a body that meets the requirements of section 31 and for which the requirements of sections 32 and 33 have been met and for which an application for designation has been sent. The Société must, without delay, send to the body and to the Minister a written confirmation of the designation.
The designation referred to in the first paragraph is effective as of the date on which the Société sends the confirmation referred to in the first paragraph.
The Société publishes on its website, on the date provided for in the second paragraph, the name of the body designated as the management body of the system of selective collection and the date from which the designation is effective.
