Section 2.8
Disposition versions
2.8. Every person or municipality that carries on an activity exempted under the Regulation respecting the regulatory scheme applying to activities on the basis of their environmental impact (chapter Q-2, r. 17.1) must keep the characterization study of the land where the soils are received, required by section 2.12, for at least 5 years after the end of the activity.
