Section 19
Disposition versions
19. The following fees are payable by an applicant for a modification to authorization under section 30 of the Act:
(1) if the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of an activity or the total capacity of a facility (final disposal, storage) by more than 35%:
(a) for a project covered by paragraph 1 of section 18: $1,774; or
(b) for a project covered by paragraph 2 of section 18: $3,550; and
19. The following fees are payable by an applicant for a modification to authorization under section 30 of the Act:
(1) if the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of an activity or the total capacity of a facility (final disposal, storage) by more than 35%:
(a) for a project covered by paragraph 1 of section 18: $1,756; or
(b) for a project covered by paragraph 2 of section 18: $3,513; and
19. The following fees are payable by an applicant for a modification to authorization under section 30 of the Act:
(1) if the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of an activity or the total capacity of a facility (final disposal, storage) by more than 35%:
(a) for a project covered by paragraph 1 of section 18: $1,723; or
(b) for a project covered by paragraph 2 of section 18: $3,446; and
19. The following fees are payable by an applicant for a modification to a permit under section 70.16 of the Act:
(1) if the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of an activity or the total capacity of a facility (final disposal, storage) by more than 35%:
(a) for a project covered by paragraph 1 of section 18: $1,723; or
(b) for a project covered by paragraph 2 of section 18: $3,446; and
19. The following fees are payable by an applicant for a modification to a permit under section 70.16 of the Act:
(1) if the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of an activity or the total capacity of a facility (final disposal, storage) by more than 35%:
(a) for a project covered by paragraph 1 of section 18: $1,686; or
(b) for a project covered by paragraph 2 of section 18: $3,372; and
19. The following fees are payable by an applicant for a modification to a permit under section 70.16 of the Act:
(1) if the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of an activity or the total capacity of a facility (final disposal, storage) by more than 35%:
(a) for a project covered by paragraph 1 of section 18: $1,661; or
(b) for a project covered by paragraph 2 of section 18: $3,322; and
(2) for any other modification not expressly covered by paragraph 1 that involves
(a) a project covered by paragraph 1 of section 18: $1,234; or
(b) a project covered by paragraph 2 of section 18: $1,708.
19. The fees for an application for modification of a permit under section 70.16 of the Act are as follows:
(1) where the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of a facility by more than 35%: 50% of the fee payable under section 18 for the project;
(2) for any other modification: $1,138.
19. The fees for an application for modification of a permit under section 70.16 of the Act are as follows:
(1) where the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of a facility by more than 35%: 50% of the fee payable under section 18 for the project;
(2) for any other modification: $1,124.
19. The fees for an application for modification of a permit under section 70.16 of the Act are as follows:
(1) where the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of a facility by more than 35%: 50% of the fee payable under section 18 for the project;
(2) for any other modification: $1,106.
19. The fees for an application for modification of a permit under section 70.16 of the Act are as follows:
(1) where the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of a facility by more than 35%: 50% of the fee payable under section 18 for the project;
(2) for any other modification: $1,096.
19. The fees for an application for modification of a permit under section 70.16 of the Act are as follows:
(1) where the purpose of the modification is to increase the nominal capacity of a facility by more than 35%: 50% of the fee payable under section 18 for the project;
(2) for any other modification: $1,075.
