49. Operators of a raising site or spreading site existing on 15 June 2002 must send to the Minister the phosphorus report referred to in section 35 not later than 15 June 2003.
The report must be given on the form provided by the Minister and include the requested documents. The report must contain, if applicable, the identification of the operator, a description of the raising site (number of raising facilities, type and number of livestock), number of storage facilities and percentage of stored livestock waste, and information relating to the reclamation or elimination of livestock waste in accordance with section 19.
