6. The Minister shall, in respect of an application, in accordance with section 31.20 of the Act, publish a notice of his intention to issue or to refuse to issue a depollution attestation. He shall publish the notice, within 90 days following the date on which he sends the applicant written notice of the content of the proposed depollution attestation or of his intention to refuse to issue a depollution attestation.
6. The Minister shall, in respect of an application, in accordance with section 31.20 of the Act, publish a notice of his intention to issue or to refuse to issue a depollution attestation. He shall publish the notice on 2 separate occasions, within 90 days following the date on which he sends the applicant written notice of the content of the proposed depollution attestation or of his intention to refuse to issue a depollution attestation.
