Disposition versions
85. At the end of the time limit provided for in section 84, if no application for designation has been sent or if no body for which an application has been sent meets the requirements provided for in section 73 and 74 or for which the requirements of sections 71 and 72 have not been met, section 77 applies, with the necessary modifications.
