Disposition versions
142. A management body designated pursuant to this Regulation must, within 9 months following its designation or following the designation, if later, of a management body designated pursuant to a regulation made under subparagraph b of subparagraph 6 of the first paragraph of section 53.30 and section 53.30.1 of the Act, take steps to agree with that body on the elements needed for system harmonization that will be developed, implemented and financially supported by them.
