Section 109
Disposition versions
109. For each type of containers referred to in section 108, the local reclamation rate is calculated by dividing the quantity, by weight, of the material obtained following conditioning of containers of that type and that has been sent to a site to be reclaimed locally in the same manner as that referred to in the first paragraph of section 104, by the quantity, also by weight, of the material obtained following the conditioning of the containers of that type and that has been sent to a site to be reclaimed in the same manner as that referred to in the first paragraph of section 104, and by multiplying the result obtained by 100.
109. For each type of containers referred to in section 108, the local reclamation rate is calculated by dividing the quantity, by weight, of the material obtained following conditioning of containers of that type and that has been sent to a site to be reclaimed locally in the same manner as that referred to in the first paragraph of section 104, by the quantity, also by weight, of the material obtained following the conditioning of the redeemable containers of that type and that has been sent to a site to be reclaimed in the same manner as that referred to in the first paragraph of section 104, and by multiplying the result obtained by 100.
