66. An owner or operator of a road, railway or power corridor must send to the Minister a report on the pesticide application carried out to maintain the corridor. The report must give the name, quantity and registration number of the pesticides used, the dates of application, the areas treated, the equipment used, the names of the permit and certificate holders who carried out the work and their permit and certificate numbers. The report must be sent at the latest 2 months after the end of the work.
