101. Personal home assistance ceases when(1) the person who is a victim is again able to care of themself or to perform, without assistance, the household tasks they were unable to perform themself by reason of the interference with integrity they suffered;
(2) the person who is a victim is lodged or hospitalized in a facility maintained by an institution governed by the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or by the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5); or (3) the person who is a victim dies.
The amount of assistance ceases on the first due date following the event giving rise to the cessation.
