170. A person who provides for the needs of a child whose conception results from a sexual aggression is entitled to the monthly payment of the following amounts:

(1)  for 1 child, $716.66;

(2)  for 2 children, $1,027.70;

(3)  for 3 children, $1,315.83;

(4)  for 4 or more children, $1,604.66.
