Disposition versions
51. An event permit to serve is not required for an activity held in a residence or in the establishment of an enterprise where no permit is used.
In addition, an event permit to serve is not required for a private activity held in an indoor or outdoor space where no permit is used and where fewer than 200 persons are expected to attend.
