Section 5.1
Disposition versions
5.1. Where an application for a permit is submitted for an air carrier, the applicant shall submit to the board an affidavit indicating the number of aircraft in the fleet.
The holder of a permit used by an air carrier shall inform the board, by means of an affidavit, of any change in the number of aircraft in the fleet during the period for payment of the annual duties applicable to the permit.
5.1. Where an application for a permit is submitted for an air carrier, the applicant shall submit to the board a sworn statement indicating the number of aircraft in the fleet.
The holder of a permit used by an air carrier shall inform the board, by means of a sworn statement, of any change in the number of aircraft in the fleet during the period for payment of the annual duties applicable to the permit.
