Section 8 Disposition versions

8. The dimensions of a commercial advertising sign or a non-commercial advertising sign referred to in subparagraph 1, 3, 4 or 5 of section 16 of the Act may not exceed:

(1)  1.20 m by 1.20 m where it is placed less than 30 m from a highway, rest area or lookout;

(2)  2.5 m by 3.65 m where it is placed 30 m or more but less than 60 m from a highway, rest area or lookout;

(3)  4 m by 7.60 m where it is placed 60 m or more but less than 90 m from a highway, rest area or lookout;

(4)  5 m by 15 m where it is placed 90 m or more but less than 300 m from a highway, rest area or lookout.
